Former Rutgers student spared prison in webcam spying case
JUST IN: Former Rutgers student Dharun Ravi has been sentenced to a probationary sentence of 30 days in jail, after being convicted of bias intimidation for using a webcam to see his roommate, Tyler Clementi, and another man kissing days before Clementi committed suicide, The Star-Ledger reports.
UPDATE: Prosecutor says she will appeal the sentence. More updates on breakingnews.com.
